We were not only surprised by the downtrodden appearance of the outside of the building - the filthy exterior windows on the entrance doors but to be overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana premeditating through out the lobby (even though you claim to be smoke-free), was unbelievable. We arrived early around 12:50 in the afternoon, knowing that check-in was 3pm but thought we might leave our bags and if by chance rooms were ready would check-in. Saturday 11/4 I had two rooms reserved at your Philadelphia-Bensalem location for me, my wife and another couple. Never have I every worked away so disgusted, disappointed and flat out embarrassed. Not to mention it’s Saturday and I am supposed to be two days without a toilet. This is the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life and to be treated so disrespectfully by the front desk is totally unacceptable. I called guest services and customer service but both of them are closed until Monday as well. I then asked her name and her managers name and she hung up on me. She said there’s nothing she could do for me. I called the front desk advised of the situation to be told that there is no maintenance on the weekend and no rooms available. When I attempted to flush the toilet, it would not flush as there is no water pressure. My toilet was not working when I came in this evening, I seen the lid up and assumed it was fixed. This morning when I left for work, I advise the front desk. I have been here three days and I’m supposed to be here for another seven for business. If I could give zero stars, that’s what it would be.
